Greetings friends and neighbors of Clifton Beach with an important update on Beach Clean-up originally scheduled for Saturday, May 9.
Due to unforeseen scheduling issues, Beach Clean-up will be moved to Saturday, May 16. The original date of May 9 will now be used to get the beach areas ready for the annual Clean-up and planting extravaganza.
The Beach Planting Group, led by friend and gardener Kathy Weiss, will be coordinating the preparation of the gardens for planting and looking for volunteers to join the group this Saturday, May 9, starting at 9am. Please come armed with gloves and garden diggers to help prepare the beach for planting. This will include weeding the beds, top soil turning etc. Your strong and willing dedication to this cause is greatly appreciated. Hope to see you there!
